Aqua

I gave my husband an underwater-camera for his birthday last year...

home sweet home

Just some pics of my favourite things in my home at the moment. We (actually, it's more ME) are busy redecorating, and I want to share the prettiness...

My husband is also an artist at heart (don't let the Actuarial Science fool you! :-) , he did the man in the red tie in art class at school! I love it!
And I can never resist Lace Flowers or Proteas in a shop.

My husband and I made this origami chandelier ourselves (the origami part I mean). These strings of paper/acetate birds were part of the decoration at our wedding earlier this year, and I had to do something nice with it.

Pakayla Biehn

I recently came across this amazing artist's work.
Pakayla Biehn was born with Strabismus, a disorder in which the eyes don't align properly, which can cause double vision.

"Miss Pakayla Biehn begins her process of work by experimenting with double and sometimes triple exposure photographs. Using her friends and colleagues as models for inspiration she captures moments of tenderness, beauty and lots of hair." - My love For You

So so beautiful. Truly inspiring.
